Passports

When applying for a passport in the Clerk's office, you will need to bring the following items with you:

• Completed Application
• Certified copy of Birth Certificate
• Driver's License or State ID
• Check or Money Order (per application) made payable to U.S. Dept of State for the application fee
• $35.00 CASH per application for execution fee
