Prosecutor

The Prosecutor's Office prosecutes all traffic infractions, juvenile delinquency cases, and adult criminal offenses. In addition, the IV-D division of the office accepts applications to establish paternity, establish an order for child support for custodial parents, and enforces the collection of current child support and any child support arrearage as ordered by the Court.
