Pay Online
Pay Criminal and Civil Fees
Use this online payment method to pay any criminal or civil fee from the Fountain Circuit or Small Claims court. You must provide your court case number with the payment. Service fees will apply.
If you are unsure of your court case number, you can locate it in your "mycase" file.
Pay Traffic Tickets
Use this online payment method to pay any traffic citation received in Fountain County. If you are interested in learning about the Prosecutor's deferral program, PLEASE DO NOT pay your ticket online. Call the Clerk's office at 765-793-6230. Service fees will apply.
