Phone Usage
- Family and friends are able to set up prepaid accounts from outside the facility by calling CPC Customer Service at 1-877-998-5678; OR;
- Online using any major credit card or a debit card; OR;
- Using the new CPC kiosk located in the jail lobby using any major credit card, a debit card, or cash.
Telephone Usage: All outgoing calls from the jail require you to dial 0 + area code and number in order to complete the call. If 0 isn't dialed first, the call will not go through.
Call Rates: All calls are $0.21 / minute
